Who runs this website

This website is operated and paid for by The Committee to Elect Lucetta Elmer, PAC ID 21729. It is a campaign website. It is not the official legislative office, and it is not a state government resource.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form and send us. That may include your name, email address, phone number, the ways you have offered to help, and anything you write in a message field. We do not ask for, and you should not send, sensitive personal information through this site.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you, to send updates you asked for, and to organize campaign volunteers. You can unsubscribe from email at any time, and reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving them.

What we do not do

We do not transfer information you give this campaign into the records of the official legislative office, and we do not pull constituent information out of that office into campaign lists. The two are kept separate deliberately. If you need help from the state, contact the official office directly at oregonlegislature.gov/elmer.

We do not sell your information.
