What it does
Requires the Oregon Business Development Department to make infrastructure grants to cities for water, sewer and road work supporting housing developments in which at least 30 percent of units are affordable to workforce-income households, and requires recipient cities to report back. Took effect on passage, 17 April 2024, as Chapter 103, Oregon Laws 2024.
